Refund Policy
Last updated 25 July 2026
The short version: try before you pay (14 days, no card), a no-questions refund window on your first charge, and fairness on mistakes. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds land back on the card they came from.
1. The trial comes first
Every account starts with 14 days of full Studio features, no card required — the trial exists so you never have to pay to find out whether ICS fits.
2. First charge, 14-day window
If ICS isn't right after all, email support@infinitecontent.studio within 14 days of the first charge of any new subscription — plan or add-on — and we'll refund it in full. No form, no interrogation.
3. Renewals
Renewals aren't automatically refundable — cancelling before the renewal date is the intended way to stop paying, and it always works from the billing page. That said: if a renewal caught you by surprise and you write to us within 7 days of it without having used the service since, we'll refund it.
4. If the service was broken
If something on our side materially broke what you were paying for during a billing period, tell us — we'd rather refund a month than argue about one. This applies any time, not just inside a window.
5. How refunds arrive
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights than this page, the law wins.
