Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
The short version: Infinite Content Studio helps you research competitors and draft social content for your brands. You own your brands and what you publish; drafts are AI-assisted and you're responsible for reviewing them before they go anywhere. Nothing auto-posts, ever. Cancel any time; paid time runs to the end of the period. The rest of this page says that carefully.
1. Who we are
"Infinite Content Studio", "ICS", "we" — the operator of infinitecontent.studio. Contact: support@infinitecontent.studio. Paid subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which handles payment, sales tax and VAT.
2. The service
ICS is a content studio for social media: it watches the public accounts of competitors you configure, delivers a daily digest, and helps you draft platform-ready posts in your brand's voice, fact-checked against materials you supply. Two things it deliberately does not do:
- It never posts on your behalf. Everything ICS produces is a draft for you to review and publish yourself.
- It never claims its drafts are true. Generated content can be wrong. The facts file exists to catch that, but the final check — accuracy, tone, legality, rights to any material — is yours, every time, before you publish.
3. Your account
- You need a real email address; keep it current — it's how we reach you about your account.
- Accounts are per person. Seats on a plan are for named teammates, not shared logins.
- You're responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at once if you think it's compromised.
4. Plans, trials and the founder deal
- Prices and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase. Current base plans: Solo and Studio, plus à-la-carte add-ons (extra brand, extra seat, white-label).
- The free trial is 14 days with full Studio features and no card. When it ends, your workspace goes read-only until you subscribe — we don't delete your work.
- The founder deal is exactly what the waitlist email says: the first 50 people on the waitlist can lock the Solo plan at $9/mo for as long as they stay continuously subscribed.
- We can change pricing for new periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes never apply retroactively to time you've already paid for.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing page or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; after that the subscription simply stops. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use ICS to break the law, to spam, to harass, to impersonate others, or to publish content you don't have the rights to. Don't probe, overload or resell the service (white-label is the supported way to put your own name on it). We can suspend accounts that do these things — with notice and a chance to fix it, except where the abuse is ongoing and serious.
7. Your content and ours
- Yours: your brand materials, voice files, facts, and the drafts generated for you. To the extent we hold any rights in generated drafts, we assign them to you. We use your materials only to run the service for you — never to train models, never shared with other customers.
- Ours: the software, the site, the ICS name and design. Subscribing licenses you to use the service; it doesn't transfer any of that.
- Competitor digests link to public posts at their source. We don't republish others' content, and a digest isn't a licence for you to.
8. Service quality, honestly stated
We aim to keep ICS fast and available, and we publish what data sources can and can't deliver rather than papering over gaps. But these plans don't come with an uptime guarantee, and third-party platforms change or block access without warning. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, and nothing removes rights consumer law gives you where you live.
10. Changes and endings
We'll evolve the product, and may update these terms; material changes get 30 days' email notice, and continuing to use ICS after that is acceptance. If we ever shut the service down, you'll get at least 60 days' notice and your data out. You can export your brand materials and drafts at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's principal place of business, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence necessarily applies. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction — but write to support@infinitecontent.studio first; almost everything is fixable faster than a filing.
